About Katie

Katie Snapp is determined, confident and strategic. Selling between 20-30 houses each year for the last 7 years with Camille Johnson, REALTORS®, she has held several impressive records for her listings sales prices and time from on to off the market. When working with buyers, she loves introducing people to her community and knows what buyers from around the country expect in terms of their homes, professionalism and service. When it comes to listings, Katie handles business honestly and directly and employs a team of the best professional stagers, organizers, contractors, photographers and videographers to ensure her listings are showcased elegantly and to their best advantage. A ninth-generation Texan with a Texas/Washington DC upbringing in a military family, Katie married into the Waco community after working in the real estate industries of Dallas, Chicago, and much of the West Coast. In the past 8 years, she has become a proud Wacoan with an out of town perspective and in town connections. Katie and her husband Brody share 2 daughters, 1 dog, 1 cat, 2 horses, 6 chickens. She loves her animals and can often be found taking real estate calls while doing her morning animal chores or school drop off. She has served throughout our community in organizations such as Waco Moms, the Ridgewood Country Club Board of Directors, Junior League of Waco, Festival on the Brazos and most recently as the PTO Coordinator for Lorena Primary School where her children attend school.
