Mom Testimonials

“I love living in Robinson for many reasons such as the ability to enjoy rural life all while maintaining proximity to town, hospitals, and downtown Waco. In just the past year we have added a delicious Mexican restaurant, a locally owned coffee shop (Launchpad Espresso & Bakery), McDonalds (this one caused quite a bit of ruckus) and Marcos Pizza! Although Robinson is familiar with growth, many locals can still be found at the staples such as Rocket Cafe. We love walking in after our baseball games and seeing familiar faces behind the counter that seem to always greet you with a smile. The community here is wonderful and involved. They care about the schools and prioritize making a difference in keeping Robinson a safe place for our kids. Speaking of safety, I could go on and on about our Police and Fire Department. True heroes that love and care so much for the community. During the peak of Covid season they made the firetruck available upon special request, and would spend time surprising kids throughout the city. They seem to always be thinking of how they can go above and beyond the call of duty. Lastly, every year the city hosts a Christmas Parade and it is the most magical thing to take your kids to. You will see everyone you know and get a glimpse of what makes Robinson a wonderful place to call home.” – Catia Sykora, Waco Moms Co-Owner
