Boutique shopping and eating out is easy over here – and when cooking at home Waco happens to have 3+ of our famed Texas based grocery stores HEB. While Waco ISD schools are not currently the highest rated, the community as a whole has been experiencing a major polishing and refurbishment with many distinguished Waco Alumni pouring back into what could be so great again. There are also many private school options throughout Waco that tend to be much more affordable than in bigger cities.
